Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original tags attached where applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at mohammadahmadh23@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the reason for your return.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where and how to return your item.

Return shipping costs and any applicable fees will be communicated to you before the return is processed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so that we can evaluate it and help resolve the problem.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized or custom-made products, items that have been used or damaged after delivery, and products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards may be non-returnable unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, size, or variant, the fastest option may be to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order after your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
